Qaf
مَا يُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ لَدَيَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِظَلَّٰمٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
29I do not change my Word or promise, (hence, you will be pun-ished), and I am not unjust to My slaves.” (Disbelievers are suffering due to their own evil deeds).
